Shipping Info/ FAQ

1. Add Services to cart

Please start by adding the desired services with appropriate options to your cart. 

2. Submit your Order

Check out like a normal online store. Please submit your order before sending us any parts in the mail.

3. Follow Instructions

  • Print out a copy of your order invoice emailed to you (INCLUDE ORDER NUMBER WITH PARTS).
  • Include a legible copy of your government issued ID, along with the items listed above. Your ID must be valid and up to date with your current location.
  • Box up your item SECURELY with bubble wrap, padding, etc. Additional shipping fees may apply if shipped incorrectly.
  • DO NOT ship via USPSWe are not responsible for packages that are lost/missing, not shipped or packaged correctly. Ship your item via UPS/Fedex with a copy of your order invoice and ID to:

4. Communication

You will receive email updates when:

1. We received your order

2. When your parts shipment arrives

3. When order is complete and ships

 

REFUNDS

Refunds on orders will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, or store credit for your next order.
